Visiting The College Basketball Experience in Kansas City Completes The March Madness Experience

Kansas City, MO – March Madness is upon us again and with it, the peak of the college basketball season. Fans come alive to support their favorite teams with an intensity unlike any other sport. That being said, one city’s fans have a passion for their teams that seemingly has no limits. That city is Kansas City.

Every March, Kansas City goes all out and this year is no different. Kansas City is gearing up to host four major collegiate basketball tournaments, hosting both the Big 12 Men’s and Women’s basketball championship tournaments. Fresh off the heels of a historic Super Bowl LIV victory celebration, Kansas City looks to bring all of the same energy and momentum into March Madness 2020.

In addition to hosting the Big 12 Tournament, did you know Kansas City is home to The College Basketball Experience and Men’s National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame? Also, did you know both are found in the same location? That’s right, the Big 12 Basketball Championship, The College Basketball Experience and Men’s National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame are both located on the same campus at Sprint Center. Although completely separate entities, both the arena and The CBE/Men’s National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame are connected by the arena’s Grand Lobby.  The CBE and Hall of Fame was founded by and operated by The National Association of Basketball Coaches and has been in existence since 2007.

The College Basketball Experience is a college basketball fan’s dream. The state of the art facility features interactive exhibits, high energy games and fun for college basketball fans of all ages. It’s also home to the aforementioned National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame, the nation’s only official hall of fame for men’s college basketball.

The CBE is not a museum and is highly regarded as being responsible for creating a paradigm shift on how sports hall of fames function and operate. It’s an interactive experience you have to see to believe. If you and your fellow fans want to have a complete March Madness experience in 2020, visiting The College Basketball Experience in Kansas City is a must.

Open every day in March, The College Basketball Experience offers specials throughout the entire month. You can find these on their website and social media accounts.
