Palm Desert, CA – March 13, 2020 – ChEAT Day Land’s Westfield Palm Desert launch, which had been originally scheduled to take place on April 3rd, is being postponed.
Following the lead of other major entertainment enterprises such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, SXSW, and Emerald City Comic Con, ChEAT Day Land is postponing its Palm Desert operations to help prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus in the region.
In the best interest of our guests and team, we will be announcing a new opening date in the following weeks. Until then, we’ll be monitoring CDC reports regarding the spread of the disease to ensure pop-up museum visitors will remain safe after the viral outbreak is contained.
