Dr. Williams realized his passion for supporting other practice owners from his own struggles as a private practitioner when he was just beginning his career. Like all other dentists, Dr. Williams had high hopes for the new chapter of his life when he graduated from Meharry Medical College short of a decade ago.

To his dismay, he was welcomed by an already saturated simple extraction market of dentists working 8 to 12 hours a day, 5 to 6 days a week, just to reach their production goal. This obviously posed difficulties in achieving both a work-life balance and a decent income.

5 years after Dr. Williams founded his own (JW Method) Concierge Dental practice, and completed more than 10,000 surgeries in more than 30 offices across Houston, he never forgot the larger issue standing before him. Recognizing a need for reform, he started the Concierge Surgical Coaching Program.

Concierge Surgical Coaching Program was developed to mentor practice owners on oral surgery and implantology in their office on their own patients. This directly translates to upskilling without the need for them to leave their practice and lose production

The Concierge Surgical Coaching Program includes in-office personalized and one-on-one coaching, individualizing the needs of each participant by studying their unique weaknesses and tailoring the program to exactly fit what they need in order to perfect the execution of the treatments.

The course will cover areas such as case selection criteria, risk factors and preventative treatment planning methods to avoid and manage complications. It will also teach the dentists to market and effectively perform moderate to advanced surgical consultations, implant placement and case presentations that results in unprecedented levels of patient acceptance. Moreover, this course will provide the dentists with the essence of years of success in the domain of oral surgery; it highlights the most important factors of the daily practice.

About Dr. Williams

Dr. Williams is a native Houstonian and a proud graduate of Alief Elsik High School. He graduated from Meharry Medical College with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2011. After graduation, he completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Pennsylvania-Veteran Affairs Medical Center. Later he discovered a passion for sedation and trained at Augusta University where he received his IV Sedation Certificate. His focus is providing IV Sedation, Oral Surgery, Implantology, and Coaching/Mentorship.

Dr. Williams’ motto is “Service Above Self” and his goal is to share his passion for dentistry with his patients.
