Recently, he’s announced two additional trainers who will be joining The Leadership Experience line-up very soon: Trina L. Martin and Dr. Cynthia J. Hickman.
Shawn Fair is a high-level, high-impact motivational speaker and coach who has spent twenty-two years in the corporate, business, and leadership space. He is the CEO and founder of the Fair Consulting Group, a premier training company that works with some of the biggest organizations in the country and world. Through the years, Shawn has served in various leadership positions, including taking on the helm as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for multiple large corporations.
After growing an extremely successful business and thriving in the speaking space, Shawn is looking toward the future and planning to scale his efforts to train millions of professionals worldwide. Last year, he launched The Leadership Experience Tour, an effort to put together a solid lineup of speakers, trainers, coaches, and consultants to take on some of the biggest stages both physically and virtually and radically change the world of business and organization. Fair Consulting Group has recently announced the addition of two powerful speakers into The Leadership Experience Tour roster: Trina L. Martin and Dr. Cynthia J. Hickman.
Trina L. Martin is an author, speaker, technology consultant, and podcaster, who has grown through the years as a successful IT professional. She is a retired US Naval Officer who spent thirty years serving her country. A native of Chicago, Illinois, she became one of the navy’s most distinguished intelligence officers. Trina also became a Cyber Intelligence Analyst for the FBI, excelling in leadership roles typically held by men. Today, the motivational speaker takes on various platforms to teach student leaders, professionals, and women how to grow their confidence and lead without fear. Trina currently resides in Houston, Texas, where she continues to spread her influence through her speaking engagements, books, and podcasts, all while raising her two children.
Dr. Cynthia Jean Hickman is another power-packed speaker who will be joining The Leadership Experience. She is a proud retiree of St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital with a distinguished medical career. Up until 2013, Dr. Cynthia spent her life caring for thousands of patients and families. She started in nursing and climbed her way up the ladder to become a case manager for medical and interventional cardiology patients. After her mother passed, the medical professional decided to enter academia to start training up the next generation of front-liners who will save the lives of many more. Cynthia teaches on various topics, including proactive caregiver advocacy, food label education, nutritional health, self-management care, health promotion education, nurse mentorship, and many more. She is the recipient of many awards and honors and is the author of the highly-praised book The Lens of Daughter, Nurse, and Caregiver: A Journey of Duty and Honor.
