Elisa Swan Launches Wellnite’s Community Hub to Help College Students and Gen-Zs Cope with Mental Health Challenges

Elisa Swan is the co-founder and CEO of Wellnite, a premier mental health company that is making mental health accessible to everyone, and she has announced the launch of Wellnite’s Community Hub for college students and Gen-Zs. Elisa is one of the top entrepreneurs working to end the mental health crisis in the United States and leveraging her expertise to provide mental wellness to college students during this pandemic.

Wellnite’s Community Hub provides social mental wellness tools and resources to help keep up with daily emotional challenges. The Community Hub hosts exclusive interviews with influencers, inspirational blog posts and mental wellness exercises. The Community Hub also provides mental health coaching sessions with Wellnite mental health coaches by using mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. This is a much needed service as Gen-Zs and college students are suffering from mental health issues due to the pandemic. According to American Psychological Association, more than seven in ten Gen-Zs surveyed said they experienced symptoms of depression.

“Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, a lot of college students are reporting increased stress and anxiety. Typically, college students have access to mental health services at on-campus student counselling centers, but with a lot of colleges switching to online-only learning, these counselling centers might be closed and some students are living away from campus. That’s why Wellnite has launched the Community Hub, an online mental health community where college students can chat with Wellnite coaches and access mental health resources,” said Elisa Swan.

The Community Hub also includes online support groups where everyone can share their mental health experiences and concerns with the Wellnite community.

“It’s very important for anyone suffering from mental health challenges to know that they’re not alone. With Wellnite online support groups, people can learn effective mindfulness tools and strategies from their peers, therapists, doctors and mental health coaches. We need to support each other in order to end the stigma associated with mental health,” said Elisa Swan.
