Lifstyl Real Estate is reiterating their goal of providing the best possible real estate experience to individuals and businesses in and around Lexington as the brokerage recently announced a new principal broker, Shannon Malone for the flagship office in Lexington, KY. Shannon will be bringing her wealth of knowledge and expertise garnered over her 25 years of experience in the real estate industry to the table.

Samarah is an experienced real estate professional who started her career in the North Carolina Real Estate Commission as an Education Officer, working with Prelicense and Postlicense student to help students and brokers at the grass roots level. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics and a Master’s degree in Education with a focus in Training and Development.
The Lifstyl Raleigh has also partnered with Eli Haddad and the Lifstyl Flagship office in Lexington, KY. Elias Haddad, popularly known as Eli, is the owner of Lifstyl Real Estate in Lexington, with over a decade of experience as a Realtor and Broker. The passionate realtor started flipping houses at 18. He became a licensed agent in 2008 and a franchise owner just 6 years later, growing the franchise from 23 to 240 agents in 2018.
After successfully growing a large agent roster, Lifstyl Real Estate has shifted its model to max out branch offices to 150 agents and teams.
