Prime Aces Limousine Awarded Singapore SME 500 Award 2021 for Resilience amidst COVID-19

Prime Aces Limousine, an executive ground transportation company has been awarded the Singapore SME 500 Award 2021 in recognition of the company’s business resilience, performance and continuity during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, the current year’s theme for the Singapore SME 500 Award 2021 revolved around how businesses have adapted by digitalizing their processes and improving their technological capabilities. As such, the Singapore SME 500 Award 2021 recognises SMEs that have showcased their ability to sustain business growth despite the challenging circumstances.

The Singapore SME 500 Award was launched to recognise Singapore’s leading SMEs that have contributed significantly to Singapore’s GDP. Today, the Singapore SME 500 Award continues to acknowledge SMEs that grow, expand and in their progress, deliver immense value to both their customers and the local economy.

Lim Zhi Min, founder and CEO of Prime Aces Limousine has shared his gratitude for the recognition of his company’s efforts in evolving to keep up with the drastic changes that COVID-19 has brought about. Zhi Min noted that while Prime Aces Limousine is nowhere close to a tech company, it can still adapt and change so as to not just survive but grow in today’s challenging circumstances.

Contributing factors to Prime Aces Limousine qualifying for the Singapore SME 500 Award 2021 included the introduction of the Antigen Rapid Test (ART) and the delivery of an efficient booking process. Prime Aces Limousine is the first ground transportation company in Singapore to introduce the ART to assure their customers that the assigned chauffeur is free of COVID-19. Results of the test can be obtained within 30 minutes.

The enhanced booking system leveraged technology to provide a process that was efficient and time-saving in nature. This would allow customers to quickly secure a limousine without going through multiple administrative steps that could take days if the staff involved were slow to follow up on the process. The current booking system instead, takes only minutes to confirm a booking, hence saving time and resources for both customers and Prime Aces Limousine.

Zhi Min has emphasised that while while Prime Aces Limousine continues to evolve, the company’s focus in providing unparalleled customer experience through excellent limousine service remains unchanged.
