The 24th Annual Family and Film Awards, is set to broadcast via live Telecast on April 22nd, 2021 on the REELZ Channel 128 TV Network, at 5pm PST (8pm EST) and running a second time at 7pm PST (10pm EST). The Family and Film Awards was established in 1996, by Founder/Executive Producer Dr. Olympia Gellini and was originally Co-produced by Dick Clark. This year, the televised event is Executive Produced by Dr. Gellini and billionaire Ms. Ma Xiaoqiu (Founder of DYF Entertainment), Co-Produced by Dr. Jeannie Yi (CEO of DYF Entertainment) and Michael Maizes (Partner of SFM Entertainment), and also produced by publicist Roger Neal.
The celebrity host of the event is none other than the talented Dean Cain, America’s Superman. Mr. Cain was seen in a clean and stylish suit, while hosting.
Ann-Margaret is receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award and Julianne Hough will be presenting the award. Ms. Hough will also be performing a dance tribute to Ann-Margaret. The red carpet and event was packed full of celebrities. Viewers who tune in, will be able to witness and see some of their favorite celebrities. American Actress Amber Martinez, who has been in Mob Rules, Senior Entourage, and recently appeared in Marvel’s WandaVision, graced the red carpet in a gorgeous Grecian inspired dress and wavey hair. During the red carpet, Ms. Martinez was overheard talking about how happy she was for Ann-Margret.
Comedic Actress Wendi McLendon-Covey, from the hit show The Goldbergs, has been nominated for an award. Mrs. McLendon-Covey was stunning on the red carpet with her classic form fitting cocktail dress and was seen very happily hugging her husband. Also nominated for awards are Scarlett Johansson, Taika Waititi, Adam Driver, Angelina Jolie, Saoirse Ronan, Daisy Ridley, Tom Hanks, Randall Park, Robert Downey Jr., Mark Hamill, Greta Gerwig, and others.
The star-studded event was taped at the Universal Hilton at Universal Studios. Viewers can also look forward to all of the confirmed special performances, including a vocal performance by Ms. Ma Xiaoqiu herself. Dr. Gellini signed an exclusive deal with the REELZ Channel and the awards show will only be airing on this network.
