“Everything about our approach to life coaching is geared to promote action and put personal fulfillment within your control. Boredom at work, changing gear after retiring, divorce, job loss, the ‘freedom’ of an empty nest, wanting to press reset on your career – millions of people face challenges like this daily. If you’re thinking about What’s Next in your business or personal life, our program could be right for you,” continues Lauren.

What’s Next is an online, multi-faceted, hands-on program that draws from social psychology and business best practices that drive innovation, vision, and success. Unlike traditional self-help courses that are self-guided with large weekly group calls, the What’s Next program is run in cohorts for personalized attention, with new cohorts starting each month, to allow like-minded people to journey together.

“We structure each group to ensure you enjoy an engaging, exhilarating, rewarding journey in a supportive environment. Each cohort consists of five to eight carefully screened people who are on a similar journey. The idea behind the grouping is to offer you built-in sounding boards, encourage accountability, build community and give you the opportunity to learn from the other participants’ life experiences and perspectives,” adds Lauren.

“During the six weeks, we help you uncover your vision for your next chapter through the lens of what matters most to you, what excites you, what brings out your best because how can you get from ‘here to there’ if you don’t know where ‘there’ is?”

“Week by week, we guide you to uncover your why, define your core challenge, ideate big bold possibilities, prioritize your ideas, and plot your next steps in an implementable plan. Each week you will spend one to two hours independently completing exercises, backed by the support of our facilitators, who are just an email away. In addition, you’ll connect twice a week with your cohort via Zoom to share progress, break down barriers and get inspired.”

“The process is geared to be fun. The human collaboration is rewarding. The self-examination is revealing. Most importantly, your dreams go from being ‘pie in the sky’ to an executable plan that you can put into action right away.”

“Whether you’re contemplating switching careers, seeking greater purpose and fulfillment, or addressing another aspect of your life where significant change needs to happen, we’re here to help you write your next chapter,” concludes Lauren.
