New Research Shows AI Video Interviews Boost Hiring Efficiency
Innovative AI-powered tool reduces hiring biases and improves efficiency in new research

An innovative tool called Automated Video Interview Personality Assessments (AVI-PAs) is transforming the recruitment process worldwide. This AI-driven technology streamlines the evaluation of job candidates, providing employers with more accurate hiring decisions and reducing the bias inherent in traditional hiring.

AVI-PAs track job performance factors such as communication skills, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, adaptability, teamwork, and leadership potential. By analyzing candidates’ responses to interview questions in real-time, machine learning algorithms can identify patterns and traits that correlate with success in a given role. This lets hiring managers screen multiple candidates rapidly without suffering from interview fatigue.

The research to date will be discussed at the 38th Annual SIOP Conference on April 19-22 in Boston.
