This means you can now schedule any report to be accessible for you when generated automatically and delivered to you through email at regular intervals. You can decide and set timing as per your needs for each and every report to be sent. Also, you can specify whom to send, and the report details and format. Choosing any format from PDF to Excel will also be in your hands.

Any report you schedule will continue to run automatically at the specified interval until the schedule is deleted.

With its feature named Next Scheduled Run, you can determine when the report will be sent to you next. All you have to do is to enter the time and date when you want the schedule to go into effects. The email will be sent at the selected time of day, on the scheduled days. In case you need to edit the schedule, you can change the run date and time; the schedule will get updated based on the new date and time.

Moreover, it allows you to send it to the selected users. All the selected recipients will be sent the report as you see it once you give your approval.
