Recently, Sandra has published a new book titled: ‘Where Hope and Mercy Meet’. She has valiantly taken this step to share with the world how she was able to crush the traumatic childhood and turned it into a life of leadership and empathy. She shares the story of her survival and believes that the incidences of sexual abuse-talking about which is still considered a taboo- should be openly discussed to support the victims and help them cope up with the mental and emotional turmoil.
Talking about her book Sage said: “Out of my own dramatic experience with childhood abuse, trauma and survival give me a perspective and insight into the women my age who have suffered sexual abuse and kept silent their entire life, beyond the Hollywood ME MOVEMENT. When this happens, I believe like a ripple effect, justice arrives. I am blessed to have the honor of helping a generation of women that have not been spoken for. Every woman who will read my story I embrace their spirit, honoring the love in the first and then the magnificent soul; the whole of their life.”
‘Where Hope and Mercy Meet’ is a story that takes place in the 1950’s in which a little girl is sexually abused and has to suffer silently due to her innocence. The child spends her life wondering about the horrific time she experienced. However, due to her unwavering faith and God’s mercy, she found the inspiration to create magic in her mind that saved her. That little girl, none other than Sandra Sage herself, is grateful to God for sending a remarkable psychotherapist her way who eventually helped her heal and taught her powerful self-love.

Sandra Sage is a Certified Master Life Coach, CASA court-appointed special advocate, author, business owner, and an accomplished storyteller who has spoken across California on behalf of WWII Veterans and senior citizens. As a life coach she has specialized in tragedy and loss, sexual abuse and shame, forgiveness, mindset direction, and her signature “Listen to your longing” method of discovering your calling.
