June 25, 2021 – Nursing colleagues, We are conducting a study through the Boston Nursing Institute and seeking nurses who worked clinically during the COVID-19 Pandemic for a survey to better understand the impact of having worked during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
What we are Studying: We are studying burnout, compassion fatigue, secondary traumatic stress and moral injury among nurses who have worked clinically during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Why this is Important: Examining the impact on nurses who worked clinically during the COVID-19 will help to better understand the scope and breadth of the impact in which can help to guide preventative measures and interventions.
