Suni Nelson. currently resides in Crossville, Tennessee. She grew up in a rural part of Cumberland County. Her passions include horses, reading, writing, and travelling. In elementary school, She used to write stories and hand them to the librarian of her small country school then wait in anticipation for them to appear, bound and hardcover, of course, on the shelves available for rent. Those ambitions derailed for a bit by getting married right out of high school. A marriage that ultimately became abusive and terribly toxic. A  relationship that left her in a state where dreams were all but dead and buried beneath self-doubt and hopeless depression.

After a rather slow climb from those depths, She managed to dig up the dreams that had defined her from youth. When she became open and ready, something rather magical began to happen. She was handed these incredible true stories more amazing than fiction,. Not only was she handed them, but she was given the responsibility to honor them. A challenge that from the onset, seemed way too big for her. After 20 years of struggling, gathering facts and taking writing classes, and getting a coach to help with the project, She presents to you “Listen While You Can”. Turns out, all she ever really needed were the stories and the love and magic they held, all on their own.
