Music Photographer Dan Garcia Releases Immersive Virtual Reality Art Exhibit

“Dan Garcia: Music In The Metaverse” is available now for Meta Quest users and music fans across various forms of media

CHICAGO, IL – Renowned concert photographer Dan Garcia has debuted a one-of-a-kind art exhibit in the metaverse. The virtual art gallery, titled” Dan Garcia: Music In The Metaverse” displays some of the Chicago photographer’s favorite photographs of some of the world’s biggest musicians, including Kanye West, Drake, Ed Sheeran, Eminem, Dua Lipa, Billie Eilish and many more.

The fully immersive experience, which is best viewed via a virtual reality headset, is hosted via Spatial, a virtual reality app that is designed to help artists and brands build their own spaces in the metaverse. For fans who wish to enjoy the exhibit without the use of a VR headset, the gallery can also be experienced via a computer or smartphone. Fans can access the art exhibit at the following link:

The Midwest-born and raised photographer has had his work featured and shared by a number of major publications and outlets including Rolling Stone, the New York Post, Complex, Highsnobiety, and The Source Magazine. Garcia was also recently added to the in-house photo team for Chicago’s legendary Chicago Theatre.


Dan Garcia is a renowned Chicago-based photographer who specializes in live music and sports. His work has been published online and in print by a number of major publications including Rolling Stone, the New York Post, Complex, The Source, SPIN and more. Dan has his doctorate and bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin, where he studied law and economics before starting his career in photography.
