The xFusion FusionPoD rack-scale servers set a new flagship of high-density computing power and a new benchmark for commercial liquid cooling servers. The product integrates L1 and L2 resources of data centers to improve the data-center operation efficiency. With the advantages of centralized power supply, bus blind mating, and native liquid cooling, this server delivers the industry-leading ultra-high density, intelligent O&M, and energy saving. It is worth to mention its three notable features:

First, ultra-high computing power density for an eightfold increase in computing. The server provides ultra-Titanium PSUs, with a conversion efficiency of up to 96.5%. Equipped with shovel-tooth cooling plates, the server can deliver over 800 W thermal design power (TDP) per processor. Additionally, it adopts advanced high-speed passive cable backplanes, enabling the data transfer rate to surpass the industry average by two times or one to two years ahead of the industry average.

Second, highly intelligent, three-bus blind mating, and cable-free deployment. The server is the first product in the industry to adopt the three-bus blind mating for power, network, and liquid cooling. All nodes support blind mating and the future-oriented unattended robot O&M. The integrated cabinets are delivered to the customer’s equipment room without onsite installation, improving the rollout efficiency by 10 times.

Third, native liquid cooling, with PUE as low as 1.06. The server houses highly efficient cold plates and passive liquid cooling backplanes, achieving 100% liquid cooling. It is the first product in the industry to obtain the TÜV SÜD energy efficiency certification. In terms of reliability, after a long period of optimization, the server boasts a lifetime of over 10 years and is the first offering that earns the TÜV Rheinland liquid cooling reliability certification.

Currently, FusionPoD rack-scale servers have been put into large-scale commercial use. More than 50,000 nodes are deployed on the live network, which ranks among the top in the industry. The server has become the first choice for green data center construction.

FusionServer V7 servers, powered by the 4th Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors, are optimized to bring a new user experience of high efficiency, intelligence, and security.

First, the key technologies of CPU optimization, xFusion-developed PSUs, energy-saving algorithms, heat dissipation, and high-speed interconnection enable the comprehensive performance to exceed the industry average by 10% and conserve energy by 8% under the same configuration. In the latest SPEC tests, the server ranks first both in SPECcup and SPECpower.

Besides, the built-in AI algorithms enable fault diagnosis, prediction, and self-healing for memory modules, drives, and the entire cabinet, minimizing service interruption risks. The AI memory fault self-healing technology reduces the system downtime caused by memory by 66%. The AI-powered patented drive fault prediction technology can predict slow drives five minutes in advance to prevent impacting services. The AI-based fault diagnosis and management (FDM) 2.0 technology achieves a diagnosis accuracy of 96%, which is among the highest in the industry, greatly improving O&M efficiency and reducing O&M costs.

In addition, xFusion integrates diversified industry ecosystems and achieves unmatched end-to-end computing power security. xFusion uses self-developed BMC chips and software. All of the software has passed white-box tests. Additionally, the server system has gained CC EAL4+, which is highest-level security certification in the world).

xFusion is dedicated to serving as the global leading provider of computing power infrastructure and services. Together with Intel and other partners, we will continuously launch innovative, converged, and trusted computing power infrastructure and services to shape a new future of computing power.
