He is a graduate of Emerson College where he studied Film Production with a concentration in Directing. His background in short narratives and feature documentary filmmaking has led him to specialize in creating films that focus on the experiences of minorities, particularly those who are living with disabilities or who are considered outsiders.

Through his company, Outcast Productions, Freeman is dedicated to producing films and series that tackle a wide range of important and thought-provoking issues that inspire change in society. Freeman is always open to potential investors who are interested in helping Outcast Productions to grow as well as working with him on future projects.
