Chris says it’s critical to focus on a sustainable solution where your results last by making simple lifestyle changes.

One of the most important things to keep in mind when trying to lose weight is to make sure that you are eating healthy, balanced meals. This means that you should include plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains in your diet, and limit processed and surgery foods.

Chris reveals it doesn’t mean you should eliminate these “treats” completely- the key is having these in moderation! Chris says this will allow you to stick with these nutrition habits for the long haul, rather than cutting these foods out completely, then suffering rebound weight gain at a later date.

Finally, Chris says how important low impact activity is to lose weight. General movement not only helps you burn calories and lose weight, but it also has many other health benefits. Try to get in at least 30 minutes of activity per day, whether it’s hiking, biking, swimming, or simply taking a brisk walk.
