The Kavli Institute for Particle Astrophysics and Cosmology (KIPAC) of Stanford University is proud to host a professional development and community-building workshop on April 27, 2023, featuring keynote speaker Cynthia Pong, JD, founder of Embrace Change. The event will bring together members of KIPAC to engage in discussions, networking, and skill-building opportunities.

Cynthia Pong is an award-winning career coach, author, speaker, and hype woman for women of color. As a LinkedIn Top Voice for Job Search and Career, she is frequently sought out for her practical and no-nonsense career advice. Pong is expected to bring her complete arsenal as a coach and speaker to Stanford’s Kavli Institute for Particle Astrophysics and Cosmology (KIPAC), where she will share her expertise in professional development and community building.

In addition to her workshop, Cynthia Pong will be meeting with clients, community members, and colleagues of Embrace Change in what is the organization’s 2023 West Coast week.
